We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Each item passes through a final quality inspection to ensure perfection before leaving our facility.

Orders can be cancelled before shipping with a small 5% handling fee.

Once shipped, cancellations aren’t impossible — but don’t worry: if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, our team will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Custom steering wheel orders can’t be cancelled once production has begun, as they’re handcrafted to your exact specifications

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a valid reason for the return.
  • The item isn’t marked as final sale or customized.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectRennsieger covers all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or full refund — guaranteed.

Our agents will provide you with a step-by-step guide and return label (if applicable).

  • Standard returns may include a small 5% restocking fee, which helps us maintain inspection and packaging quality.

Custom-built or personalized items (like steering wheels) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If this happens, we’ll immediately repair, replace, or refund —you’re fully covered.
