PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING 🚚

At Rennsieger, we prioritize efficient order processing and shipping, typically within 1-3 business days from Monday to Friday

Please be aware that certain Carbon Fiber products begin Manufacturing as soon as an order is placed, which may extend processing times up to 15 days

*Kindly note that we do not process shipments during weekends.

DELIVERY TIME ⏳

Upon order placement, please allow 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing. Note that certain Carbon Fiber products require up to 15 business days for processing and manufacturing.

Subsequently, expect a 5-7 business day (Monday to Friday) global delivery timeframe. For USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the UK customers, please note that we may ship directly from a local warehouse based on stock availability.

Shipping Costs: All standard deliveries are on us—enjoy complimentary shipping for every order!

CUSTOMS AND TAXES 💲

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means that duties and taxes may be applicable upon receiving your order.

Upon reaching your destination, customs fees and taxes may apply, determined by your local customs office. Please note, you're responsible for these charges as they're not covered by Rennsieger. ORDER PROCESSING TIME ⏳

We aim for efficient order processing. The processing time for your order may vary, typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days depending on the product. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this period!

CANCELLATIONS

Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it ships, but a 5% fee applies. To cancel, provide a valid reason by reaching out to our support team at rennsieger@gmail.com. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🛠 • Custom Steering Wheels: These orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing starts, as they are tailored to your preferences.

RETURNS 🛩

• Eligibility: Accepted within 30 days of receipt. However, the following conditions must be met:

Goods must be in original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition.

Valid reason required for return.

⚬ No final sale items

• Return Process: To initiate the return process for eligible products, contact our support team at rennsieger@gmail.com. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• Restocking Fee: To facilitate the inspection, repackaging, and restocking of returned items, a standard 5% restocking fee will be applied. This fee assists us in maintaining the quality of our service. Your understanding is appreciated.

🛠 • Custom (Personalized) Products: Kindly be aware that personalized items, such as custom steering wheels, cannot be returned. Crafted to your unique specifications, these items are ineligible for return as they cannot be resold.
