We dispatch from Germany and Canada, so your order leaves from the hub closest to you and clears fewer borders on the way.
Dispatched in 1–2 days
Every order is inspected and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Tracking follows by email. No weekend dispatch.

Each piece ships in protective packaging built for the part, so it arrives in the same condition it left our hands.

Start a return within 30 days of delivery on any unused item in its original packaging, as long as it is not a final-sale or custom piece.

Refund or replacement
Once it is back and passes inspection, we issue your refund or send the replacement. Standard returns may carry a small 5% restocking fee that keeps our inspection and packaging standards high.
Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Rennsieger covers return shipping and sends a replacement or full refund, guaranteed. Custom or personalised items (like steering wheels) are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty, and cannot be cancelled once production begins. Other orders can be cancelled before they ship for a 5% handling fee.
12-month warranty
Every Rennsieger part is backed for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong that shouldn't, we make it right.
